Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington, as required by subsection 262(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, declares the office of Councillor Ward 3, to be vacant; AND THAT the method of filling the vacancy be determined by an appointment process in accordance with the Township's Council Vacancy Policy.

McElwain. THAT By-law 2018-13 to Confirm the Proceeding of Council at its meeting held April 3, 2018 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
