Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive the draft Fire Master Plan prepared by Dillion Consulting for information and the plan be made publicly available for review and comment; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to bring forward the final draft to Council in the fall of 2017.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington requests the Community Services Advisory Committee assist with the development of a public engagement process regarding the distribution of the Jack R MacDonald Trust funds, incorporating the guiding principles for the projects set out by Council as follows: • Long term positive impact for Elora • Demonstrates community benefit and is publicly accessible • Financially viable and sustainable • Open to anyone to submit a proposal • Any sized project considered AND THAT the public engagement process include written submissions and short presentations for proposals submitted; AND FURTHER THAT staff begin the communication process for the launch of the program.
