THAT the Healthy Growth Advisory Committee endorses the County of Wellington Attainable Housing Strategy; AND THAT the Healthy Growth Advisory Committee intends to work with the County of Wellington on the addition of attainable housing within Centre Wellington, by establishing an Attainable Housing Growth Target as part of Wellington County’s 10-year Capital Plan to invest in affordable housing projects.
