Lustgarten-Evoy. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the User Group Storage Agreement Template; AND THAT Council delegate authority to the Managing Director of Community Services or their designate to execute User Group Storage agreements on behalf of the Township.

AND THAT staff extend the downtown boundary for the program in phase II as determined by staff.

Kimberley Jefferson. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt the Fergus Grand Theatre Operation and Community Impact Report dated April 14, 2025 and direct staff to implement the action items in the Report.

Jennifer Adams. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopts the Culture Action Plan dated April 14, 2025 and direct staff to implement the action items in the Report.

Jennifer Adams. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the transition of healthcare professional accommodation space from 965 Gartshore Street, Fergus to 495 Union Street West, Fergus as outlined in report CAO2025-01 dated April 14, 2025.

Bronwynne Wilton. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a by-law to amend By-law 2009-045, in order to add all uses permitted by the M1 zone to the uses permitted by the M2 zone
