MacDonald. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington delegates authority to the Chief Administrative Officer to finalize and execute a Temporary Access and Demolition Agreement on behalf of the Township of Centre Wellington for the demolition and clean-up of the structure located at 25 West Mill Street, Elora, generally in accordance with the draft agreement appended to Report CAO2025-03; AND THAT the Township’s associated legal and consulting engineering costs be funded from the general capital reserve.
