THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington, in accordance with Section 74 of the Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.D.17, approves the cost of the maintenance and repair work to the Bailey Drain, located at the top end of "A" Drain in W. Pt. Lot 25 and necessary portions of "C" Drain, as recommended by the Drainage Superintendent, at an estimated cost of $4,500.
