THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington reaffirms Alternative No.3 - Remove Bridge Without Replacement as the preferred alternative for the Middlebrook Truss Bridge Municipal Class Environmental Assessment; AND THAT Council directs staff to work with the Township of Woolwich to facilitate the removal of the Middlebrook Truss Bridge superstructure while maintaining the existing bridge abutments and centre pier in-place for possible reuse at a later time as outlined in Report No. IS2022-05.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington endorse the Preferred Alternative for the Dickson Drive Schedule B Class Environmental Assessment Study as outlined in Report No. PLN2022-07. AND THAT Council directs staff to publish the Notice of Study Completion for the Dickson Drive Schedule B Class Environmental Assessment Study Page 6 of 11 Council Minutes February 28, 2022 in accordance with the requirements under the Environmental Assessment Act.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves Heritage Permit Application HP-2022-001 for alterations to the designated property municipally known as 75 Melville Street, Elora, pursuant to Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, subject to the four conditions outlined in staff report PLN2022-09 dated February 28, 2022.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves rezoning application RZ08/21 and that the appropriate zoning by-law amendment be given three readings.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a bylaw to amend Bylaw 2009-045, as amended by By-law 2022-02, in order to change the zoning of land to "EP".

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Tender #13-22 regarding the Reconstruction of St. George Street East, Fergus, to Steed and Evans Limited at a contract price of $1,644,617.00, including contingency and excluding HST; AND THAT project funding allocations be updated as shown in report COR2022-02 dated February 28, 2022.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law to appoint Adam McNabb as the Managing Director of Corporate Services & Treasurer for the Township of Centre Wellington and Secretary/Treasurer for Centre Wellington Communications Inc. and to Repeal By-law 2017-060.
