MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves rezoning application RZ04/21 and that the appropriate zoning by-law amendment be given three readings.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the partial demolition request for the one storey rear additions to the dwelling at the listed property known as 85 Moir Street, Elora, in the Township of Centre Wellington; AND THAT the property remains on the Township's Municipal Heritage Register as a non-designated (listed) property.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize a negotiated contract award to RCI Consulting in relation to updates to the Township's Community Improvement Plan, at an upset limit of $50,000, inclusive of non-rebate HST.

Dunsmore. That Council award Request for Proposal # 26-21 in relation to playground removal and installations for 2021 as follows: Site 1: Douglas Park, Belwood to Openspace Solutions Inc. at a contract price of $49,100.00 excluding HST, and Site 2: Ferrier Park, Fergus to A.B.C. Recreation Ltd. at a contract price of $72,996.88 excluding HST.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the negotiated award for Architect Services - Elora Community Centre Renovation to RDH Architects Inc. at a total upset limit of $494,700.00, excluding HST, subject to contract negotiations.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Proposal #36-21: External Audit Services to KPMG LLP at a total upset price of $284,130.00, excluding HST. AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize staff to extend this contract for up to two years beyond the 3 year term, based on performance.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request for Quotation: Assistance in Hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to Waterhouse Executive Search at a total upset limit of $24,000.00, excluding HST. AND THAT Council be presented the top 3 candidates for consideration.
