Dunsmore. THAT the minutes of the Council meeting held April 26, 2021be adopted as circulated.

Dunsmore. THAT the Report from the Committee of the Whole dated April 28, 2021 be approved as follows: THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information the draft report and presentation of the findings of the Operations Centre Space Needs Assessment, Evaluation of Alternatives and Concept Plan Study.

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves application RZ02/21 and that the appropriate zoning by-law amendment be given three readings.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt a By-law to set the Township tax rates for 2021.

Foster. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Tender #11-21 regarding the Construction of Municipal Services: St. David Street North (Highway 6) and Sideroad 18, Fergus, to Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd. at a contract price of $1,865,149.52, including contingency and excluding HST. AND THAT the funding for this project be revised as outlined in report COR2021-30 dated May 25, 2021.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington confirm the appointment of the following members to the Groves Memorial Community Hospital Board of Directors: ALTON, Gillian 2 years, expiring at AGM in 2023 HORNSBY, Ian 1 year, expiring at AGM in 2022 FLAHERTY, Leslie 3 years, expiring at AGM in 2024 BARLOW, Tom 3 years, expiring at AGM in 2024

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Tender #15-21 regarding the Asphalting of Various Roads, to Ekum- Sekum Incorporated o/a Brantco Construction at a contract price of $835,056.90, including contingency and excluding HST. AND THAT the funding for the applicable projects be revised as outlined in report COR2021-31 dated May 25, 2021.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a By-law to dedicate land as a public highway, and to repeal By-law 2021-20.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the contract award for Sportsplex Electrical, Water, and Fibre Upgrades to Centre Wellington Hydro Ltd. and Centre Wellington Communications Inc. as outlined in report COR2021-32 dated May 25, 2021. Page 7 of 11 Council Minutes May 25, 2021 AND THAT Council authorize the Managing Director of Corporate Services to sign the required Memorandum of Understanding between the Fergus Scottish Festival, Fergus Fall Fair, and the Township relating to this project.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law to appoint various employees of Alpha Technology Systems, o/a Alpha Parking Solutions as Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for the purpose of enforcing the Township's Parking By-law.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute a Commercial Access Agreement with Elora Raft Rides.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law to appoint Thomas Mulvey, Fire Chief for the Township of Centre Wellington.

MacRae. THAT By-laws 2021-23 through 2021-29 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

McElwain. THAT By-law 2021-30 to Confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held May 25, 2021 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
