THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law authorizing a fundraising activity in the form of soliciting by a toll booth on Tower Street in Fergus, on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by the Fergus Firefighters Association on behalf of Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

C.17, as amended, and for carrying out duties under the direction of the Municipal Clerk.
