VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve a Development Charge Grant in the amount of $69,300.00 for Wellington Perforated Holdings Inc. as set out in the Jobs and Investment Incentive Program; AND THAT the Managing Director of Corporate Services be authorized to execute an agreement.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law to permit retail businesses to open on holidays in the Business Improvement Area (BIA) in the former Town Page 11 of 16 Council Minutes March 25, 2019 of Fergus.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves application RZ09/18; AND THAT a by-law to amend By-law 2009-045, as amended be given three readings.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves application RZ13/18; AND THAT a by-law to amend By-law 2009-045, as amended be given three readings.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the amended 2019 Council and Committee Meeting Schedule to include six (6) additional Committee of the Whole and the Healthy Growth Advisory Committee meetings as outlined in Report COR2019-24 dated March 25, 2019. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Tender #08-19 regarding the reconstruction of York Street, High Street, and Intersection Improvements at Wellington Road 7 and York Street, Elora, to J.G. Goetz Construction Limited at a contract price of $2,219,824.61, including contingency and excluding HST; AND THAT the funding for the applicable projects be revised as outlined in Report COR2019-18 dated March 25, 2019.

Foster. THAT By-laws 2019-14 and 2019-16 through 2019-19 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

Dunsmore. THAT By-law 2019-15 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

Kitras. THAT By-law 2019-20 to Confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held March 25, 2019 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
