VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information the staff comments on Environmental Registry Postings: EBR 013-1839 related to the Clean Water Act and EBR 013-1840 related to the Safe Drinking Water Act. Page 6 of 9 Council Minutes February 26, 2018

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request For Tender #03-18 - Reconstruction of St. Andrew Street East and Tom Street, Construction of Municipal Services on Garafraxa Street East (Wellington Road 19), and Construction of Municipal Sidewalk and Driveway Improvements Gartshore Street, Fergus, to Drexler Construction Limited in the amount of $4,805,870.70, including contingency and excluding HST; AND THAT project funding be revised as outlined in Report COR2018- 05 dated February 26, 2018.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington establish a Compensation Review Advisory Committee to conduct a review of Council compensation and time commitment to begin with the next term of Council; AND FURTHER THAT the following citizens be appointed to the Committee for the duration of the project: David Strang Rob Quinton Sherri Bonnell Richard Beazley

Lloyd. THAT By-laws 2018-05 and 2018-06 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

Fisher. THAT By-law 2018-07 to Confirm the Proceeding of Council at its meeting held February 26, 2018 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
