Council

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a by-law to designate Part 10 of Plan 61R-11042 as a site Page 5 of 8 Council Minutes November 27, 2017 plan control area pursuant to Section 41(2) of the Planning Act; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a by-law to remove the holding zone symbol from the lands described as Part 10 of Plan 61R-11042.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to prepare and sign a lease agreement between the Township of Centre Wellington and Centre Wellington Energy Innovations Inc. for the temporary use of Township property located on Gartshore Street in Fergus as outlined in Report CAO2017- 18, dated November 27, 2017

Morris. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the Chief Administrative Officer Performance Evaluation Process as outlined in Report CAO2017-05, dated November 27, 2017; AND THAT Council approve Option B as modified for the Mayor and Council's Process.

THAT By-laws 2017-80 through 2017-82 and By-law 2017-85 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

Morris. THAT By-laws 2017-83 and By-law 2017-84 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

McElwain. THAT By-law 2017-86 to Confirm the Proceeding of Council at its meeting held November 27, 2017 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
