VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award the Request for Tender RFT#32-17 for the reconstruction of Gartshore Street and the construction of Forfar Park Municipal Parking Lot to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, Cox Construction Limited, in the amount of $510,365.43 excluding HST; Page 2 of 3 Council Minutes October 12, 2017 AND FURTHER THAT funding for this project be amended as outlined in Corporate Services Report COR2017-55 dated October 12, 2017.
