Mary Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award the tender RFT#34-17 for the West Mill Street Reconstruction, Elora to Drexler Construction Limited in the amount of $973,452.00 inclusive of contingency allowance of $100,000.00 and excluding HST; AND THAT funding for this project be amended as outlined in COR2017-54 dated September 7, 2017.

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute bylaws to permanently close part of a public lane known as Allen Street, described as Part 2, Reference Plan 61R-21121, in the Township of Centre Wellington in the County of Wellington, hereinafter called the "Public Lane" and to permanently close part of a public lane known as Price Street, Registered Plan 181, described as part 1, Reference Plan 61R-21119, in the Township of Centre Wellington in the County of Wellington hereinafter called the "Public Lane"

VanLeeuwen. THAT By-laws 2017-66 and 2017-67 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.

Kitras. THAT By-law 2017-68 to Confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held September 7, 2017 be introduced a first, second and third time and passed in open Council.
