Stephen Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Chief Administration Officer to sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale between Allen John and Miriam Katerberg and the Township of Centre Wellington for property legally known as Pin 71418-0122, being part Lot 14, PL 75, as ROS254243.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington declare lands that are subject to the Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into between the Township of Centre Wellington and Elora South Inc., surplus to the municipality's requirements and the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the associated by-laws; AND FURTHER THAT the Township Solicitor be directed to prepare and execute such documents as may be required to effect the sale and disposition of the lands pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the partial demolition request for the additions and attached garage at the rear of the main dwelling located at the listed property municipally known as 6260 Jones Baseline, former Nichol Township, currently in the Township of Centre Wellington; AND THAT the property municipally known as 6260 Jones Baseline remain on the Municipal Heritage Register. Stephen Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve application RZ04/17 and the appropriate zoning by-law amendment be given three readings.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Non-Exclusive Radio Transmitter Licence Agreement with Centre Wellington Community Radio Inc. for the operation and maintenance of a radio transmitter and related equipment on the Gartshore Water Tower in Fergus for the purpose of FM broadcasting in Centre Wellington and the surrounding area as outlined in Report No. IS2017-13 dated July 24, 2017.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Managing Director of Infrastructure Services to execute a Lease Agreement with Demin Enterprises for the Former Fergus Pool property located at 190 St. David Street South for the purposes of a site office and equipment and materials storage area for the successful contractor of the St. David Street Bridge Rehabilitation project as outlined Report No. IS2017-12.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize staff to proceed with the replacement and repairs of the East Public Works Garage roof located at 600 Glengarry Crescent in Fergus as outlined in Report No. IS2017-08 dated July 24, 2017.

Fisher. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the “Live and Work Wellington” licensing agreement with the County of Wellington

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receives the attached Semi- Annual Building Activity Report for the time period of January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 report for information.

That the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the immediate hiring of a permanent full time Building Official III in the Planning and Development Department

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling located at 127 Side Road 18, former Township of Nichol, Plan 87, Part Park Lot 9.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington gives three readings to a bylaw to dedicate Block 48 of Plan 61M20 as a public highway.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington give three readings to a bylaw authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a subdivision agreement between the Corporation and Sorbara/Tribute Nigus Holdings Inc. in respect of Draft Plan of Subdivision 23T-15005.

Fisher. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an indemnity agreement among Westminster Highlands Inc. (Developer), Reid's Heritage Homes Ltd. (Builder) and the Township of Centre Wellington (Township) to transfer certain responsibilities under the Subdivision Agreement related to the repair and replacement of municipal infrastructure from the Developer to the Builder.

Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a by-law authorizing a fundraising activity in the form of soliciting by a toll booth on Metcalfe Street in Elora, on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by the Elora Firefighters Association on behalf of Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the request from Martin Lehman and Karen and David Drimmie for an exemption to By-law 5001-05, the Noise By-law for the Township of Centre Wellington, to permit the amplification of music at 164 Colborne Street, Elora, on Saturday, July 29, 2017 between 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., for a wedding celebration; AND THAT the applicant ensure neighbouring property owners are notified in advance of the event.

THAT By-laws 2017-49 through 2017-55 be read a first, second and third time and passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk and the Corporate Seal affixed.
