Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award the following two tenders: 1. RFT #22-17 for the replacement of structure 9-WG to MTM-2 Contracting Inc., of Milton in the amount of $943,340.10 excluding the HST and inclusive of contingency allowance in the amount of $25,000.00; 2. RFT #21-17 for the replacement of culvert structure 32-WG to Reeves Construction Limited of Mount Forest in the amount of $227,890.13 excluding the HST and inclusive of contingency allowance of $15,000.00. BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following persons, at least 25% of whom are resident Canadians, be and they are hereby elected directors of the Corporation to hold office until the completion of the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation or until their respective successors are duly elected, subject to the provisions of the by-laws of the Corporation and the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario): Andrew Goldie Kelly James Linton Douglas S. Sherwood

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington hereby appoints KPMG the auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the completion of the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation, or until a successor is appointed, at such remuneration as may be fixed by the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to fix such remuneration.
