WHEREAS the acquisition of three separate parcels of land adjacent to the existing Bridge No. 27-WG in the former Township of West Garafraxa is required for road widening and realignment purposes; THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Corporation of the Township of Centre Wellington and Donna and Frederick Corbett for lands described as Part 1 of Plan of Survey to be deposited on Part Lot 21, Concession 6, Part of PIN 71126-0028, on the north side of the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Sideroad 20, former Township of West Garafraxa, at 8542 Sideroad 20, in the amount of $4,800.00, adjacent to the existing Bridge No. 27-WG for road widening and realignment purposes; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Corporation of the Township of Centre Wellington and Andrew and Rita Maciukiewicz for lands described as Part 1 of Plan of Survey to be deposited on Part Lot 20, Concession 6, Part of PIN 71127-0018, on the south side of the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Sideroad 20, former Township of West Garafraxa, at 6950 Sixth Line, in the amount of $3,000.00, adjacent to the existing Bridge No. 27- WG for road widening and realignment purposes; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement o

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve Items 2 through 9 on the Report from the Committee of the Whole dated April 18, 2017 as follows: 2. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington state its intention to designate the property municipally known as 24 North Broadway Street, Belwood, in the Township of Centre Wellington, to be of cultural heritage value and/or interest pursuant to Section 29 (Part IV) of the Ontario Heritage Act; AND THAT staff be authorized to proceed with the notice requirements outlined in Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; AND THAT, if no objections are received within the prescribed time period, staff prepare and provide the designation by-law to Council for enactment. 3.
