THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the agenda for the meeting scheduled for November 8, 2016 as circulated.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Tender T-21-16 for the West Mill Street Sewage Pumping Station Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Xterra Construction Inc. of Kitchener in the amount of $974,175.89 inclusive of allowances for contingency, landscaping, hydro service, termite treatment, electrical panel decorative wrap and temporary sidewalk in the amount of $208,000.00 and excluding the HST, AND FURTHER THAT the excess of estimated total project cost over budget in the amount of $96,770 be funded form the sanitary sewer capital reserve.
