THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the agenda for the meeting held September 12, 2016 as circulated.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Tender T-18-16 for Belsyde Cemetery - Phase 1 Site Works to Yard Weasels Inc. of Fergus in the amount of $297,992.20 inclusive of contingency allowance in the amount of $27,090.20 and excluding the HST; AND FURTHER THAT the excess of total project cost in the amount of $100,000 be funded as outlined in report COR2016-066 dated September 12, 2016.
