THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) recommends to Council that authority be delegated to the Managing Director of Corporate Services to invoke Article 3.4 Failure to Comply, of the MacDonald Grant Agreement between the Township and the Elora Sculpture Project Committee, which provides a process to terminate the agreement as requested by the Elora Sculpture Project Committee on March 22, 2021 in their written summary to CSAC.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) requests the opportunity to take additional time to review and discuss options once the MacDonald Grant Agreement with the Elora Sculpture Project Committee has been terminated; Page 2 of 4 Community Services Advisory Committee Minutes July 14, 2021 AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to explore and bring forward options for how the $25,000 could be reallocated.
