THAT CSAC direct staff to request KIPP provide the following information for the May 5th meeting - GRCA Permit, Building Permit, Community Services Approval, Riverfest approval, specific dimensions and details of the structure, budget cost, fundraising details, and timeline details.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee recommend to Council the approval of the Elora Centre for the Arts and Riverfest Outdoor Performance Pavilion Project and enter into an agreement which includes a plan for sound and noise control, including neighborhood engagement, a greenspace plan, a parking plan and be subject to any other necessary approvals.
