THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) receive the report on the Recreation Facilities Holiday Closure Schedule for information purposes; AND THAT CSAC recommends to the Council of the Centre Wellington Council that they adopt the proposed closure schedule presented at the March 18, 2019 meeting; AND FURTHER THAT if revisions to the Community Services Facility Closure Schedule are recommended by staff or directed by Council, they are to be considered during budget deliberations, as any change impacts the facility operating budget. AND FURTHER THAT if a significant event or organizer wishes to rent a facility on times scheduled “closed”, it would be permitted at the discretion of the Managing Director of Community Services or designate.
