THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee recommends to the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approval of the amended Use of Grounds Agreement between the Fergus Tennis Club Inc., and the Township of Centre Wellington, for the use of the Tower Street Page 3 of 5 Community Services Advisory Committee Minutes April 10, 2019 Courts and the Sportsplex Tennis Courts as presented.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee approves Option 2, on the Location Map as the preferred site for the Elora Skatepark; AND FURTHER THAT the Committee recommends approval of Design Direction 1 from the Elora Site Options Study prepared by ska Designs as the concept design for the new Elora Skatepark.
