MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to investigate offsetting the carbon produced from travel by Council and staff in order to participate in the Tree Trust Program and report back to Council.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington advise the County of Wellington that it has no objection to the approval of draft plan of condominium 23CD-20203, as revised, subject to the conditions set out in Attachment #3 to report PLN2022-14

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington directs planning staff to hold a public meeting concerning a Township-initiated zoning by- law amendment for C2 - Highway Commercial zones to provide for attainable housing and that staff report back to Council on all feedback received from the public”

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a subdivision agreement between the Corporation and the Owners of Draft Plan of Subdivision 23T-15003 (Youngblood).

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to accelerate completion of the works associated with Hoffer Park enhancements from the 2023 budget to a 2022 project; Page 5 of 8 Committee of the Whole Minutes May 24, 2022 AND THAT Council endorses and direct staff to enter into a contribution agreement with the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario under the Tourism Relief Fund by way of borrowing by-law; AND THAT Council authorizes single source procurement award to Urben Blu for the acquisition and installation of an Accessible and Universal self- cleaning Washroom at Hoffer Park.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington has no objection to the extension of the proposed extended licensed area at the Grand River Raceway, as outlined in their letter dated April 14, 2022 with respect to the Industry Day event scheduled for Monday, August 1, 2022; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington has no objection to the extension of the proposed extended licensed area at the Grand River Raceway as outlined in their letter dated April 14, 2022 with respect to the Grove Youth Wellness Hub fundraising concert scheduled for July 2, 2022.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute a By-law to amend By-law 5000- 05, as amended, a By-law to regulate the parking and stopping of vehicles on highways, public parking lots and in some instances private property within the Township of Centre Wellington.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington confirm the appointment of the following members to the Groves Memorial Community Hospital Board of Directors: • MADORE, Gilles 3‐year term, expiring at Annual Meeting in 2025 • NICOLETATOS, Pam 3‐year term, expiring at Annual Meeting in 2025 • REICHART, David 3‐year term, expiring at Annual Meeting in 2025 • SHANAHAN, Kevin 2‐year term, expiring at Annual Meeting in 2024 • MACGREGOR, Craig 2‐year term, expiring at Annual Meeting in 2024
