Committee of the Whole

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington directs staff to change Section 1.2(e), Principles of this By-law, Section 2.1(bb), the Definition of Point of Privilege and Section 3.9, Point of Privilege to include the word “delegations”, to read as follows, “Township staff and delegations”.

Foster. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington directs staff to change Section 4.8(a)(1) Notice of Meetings, to reflect members will be provided with a regular agenda by each Monday preceding the meeting rather than the Wednesday.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington directs staff to provide notice of Committee of the Whole meetings on the Monday preceding the meeting, notice of Council meetings on the Thursday preceding the meeting and that addendums be received until the Thursday preceding the meeting.

Foster. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to amend Section 4.2(b) to include a Council meeting prior to the end of the term of Council to recognize the efforts of the Members of Council.
