Dunsmore. THAT the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meetings held October 5 (Budget) & October 19, 2020 be adopted as circulated.

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the Water and Wastewater Rate Study & Financial Plans dated November 2020, prepared by BMA Management Consulting Inc.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt a by-law to restrict the weight of vehicles passing over certain bridges in the Township of Centre Wellington.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information Report No. IS-2020-25 dated November 23, 2020 regarding Environmental Registry Number 019-2422, 019-2525 and 019-2517 – Proposals to Amend Legislation related to Water Takings.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the immediate hiring of a permanent full time Building Permit Technologist in the Planning and Development Department.

VanLeeuwen. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington confirm the appointment of the following to the Board of Management for the Fergus Business Improvement Area: Kim Jefferson, Chair Debb Greer, Treasurer Ann Axion Tanya Graham Page 5 of 7 Committee of the Whole Minutes November 23, 2020 Natalie McNeill Bonnie Shortill Melinda Croft Joyce Reimer Tala Jenkins Rebeka Mullin Christelle Martin AJ Broderick AND THAT By-law 2015-006 be amended to reflect the new executive to the Board of Management for the Fergus Business Improvement Area, pursuant to s. 204(2) of the Municipal Act 2001, as amended.

Foster. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington send a letter thanking Mr. Maddox for his past service as the Closed Meeting Investigator for the County of Wellington and participating member municipalities; AND THAT the Ontario Ombudsman be the default Closing Meeting Investigator for the Township of Centre Wellington.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt the Schedule of Council and Committee Meetings for 2021, as attached to Report COR2020-67, dated November 23, 2020; AND THAT the Schedule of Meetings for 2021 be posted to the Page 6 of 7 Committee of the Whole Minutes November 23, 2020 Township's website and circulated to senior staff and other interested parties accordingly.
