Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information Report No. IS2020-11 dated February 18, 2020 on Updates to the Wellington County Chapter of the Grand River Source Protection Plan; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington hereby provides a Municipal Resolution, to the Grand River Source Protection Page 2 of 7 Committee of the Whole Minutes February 18, 2020 Authority, in support of the proposed updates to the Wellington County Chapters of the Grand River Source Protection Plan and Assessment Report as outlined in the pre-consultation notice dated October 7, 2019.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Head of Council and the Clerk to execute a Boundary Road Agreement with the Corporation of the Township of Wellington North.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute a By-law to amend By-law 5000- 05, as amended, a by-law to regulate the parking and stopping of vehicles on highways, public parking lots and in some instances private property within the Township of Centre Wellington.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Parkland Development Agreement between the Township of Centre Wellington and Sorbara/Tribute Nigus Holdings Inc.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a parkland agreement between the Township of Centre Wellington and SORBARA/FBH FERGUS 36.98 G.P. INC.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington confirm the appointment of Mable Kopperson as a Tenant Director for the Grand River Non-Profit Housing Corporation Board.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington confirms the appointment of the following members to the Victoria Park Seniors Centre's Advisory Board: Don Barfoot Mary Byrd Darlene Daughen Jerry Jarmolchuk Isabel Kennedy Brian Osmond Jane Watson
