MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington supports the Elora Centre for the Arts use of the Jack R. MacDonald Fund monies in the amount of $380,000 as their financial contribution in accordance with the ICIP grant in the event the application is successful.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington, as sole shareholder in Centre Wellington Energy Inc., consents to the following: 1. The declaration of a one-time special dividend of $150,000 to be paid by Centre Wellington Hydro Ltd., to the holding company, Centre Wellington Energy Inc; 2. Authorizes Centre Wellington energy to purchase 125,000 class "B" shares from Centre Wellington Energy Innovations.
