THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve Heritage Permit Application HP2019-004 for the designated property municipally known as 260 Bridge Street, Fergus, pursuant to Section 33(4) of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, for the demolition of the existing detached garage and construction of a new detached garage.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information an update from the Risk Management Official on the Source Protection Plan related to proposed policies for the handling of chlorides in Centre Wellington wellhead protection areas.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Service Financing Commitment Agreement with Sorbara Group of Companies for the construction of intersection improvements and municipal services within the municipal right-of-way of Beatty Line North and Millage Lane, Fergus, as outlined in Report IS2019-02 dated October 21, 2019.
