THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to include the changes to the 2020 capital projects as outlined in Attachment D to report COR2019-76 dated October 7, 2019 in the 2020 Draft Capital Budget; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to include the 2021 and 2022 capital projects as outlined in Attachment A to report COR2019-76 dated October 7, 2019 in the 2020 Draft Capital Forecast, representing years where staff is given pre-approval to plan for capital projects; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to include the 2023 capital projects as outlined in Attachment A to report COR2019-76 dated October 7, 2019 in the 2020 Draft Capital Forecast, representing the first year of the seven year forecast period.
