THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to include the 2020 Preliminary Draft Capital Budget as outlined in report COR2019-69 dated September 9, 2019, in the 2020 Draft Budget, subject to revisions brought forward during future budget deliberations from October to December 2019.
