MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive Report COR2019-27 dated May 13, 2019 for information; AND THAT the 2018 year end operating surplus in the amount of $392,832 be transferred to the general capital reserve.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive Report COR2019-26 dated May 13, 2019 for information; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington allocate $20,000 from the General Capital Reserve to the Council Chambers Audio capital project.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the 2020 budget schedule.

Dunsmore. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington direct staff to bring forward a report outlining historical data, the current condition of gravel roads within the Township, provide cost estimates and an Page 3 of 5 Committee of the Whole Minutes May 13, 2019 estimated time frame to bring all the gravel roads to a satisfactory state; AND FURTHER THAT a gravel road management system be established.

MacRae. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive as information an update on the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Bridges 24-WG (First Line) and 4-WG (Fifth Line).
