THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive for information the 2017 Financial Condition Report prepared by BMA Consulting.

Page 3 of 9 Committee of the Whole Minutes October 23, 2017 THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington defer consideration of the Recommendation for Proceeding with the Revised Design Concept for the Victoria Street Pedestrian Bridge until a public meeting is held; AND THAT staff be directed to host a public meeting in November to review design, costs and funding options.

Morris. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington defer approval of the revised scope of work for the St. David Street Bridge Rehabilitation to allow for more discussions with the County and the Province for shared funding.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive for information Report COR2017-56, dated October 23, 2017 from the Managing Director of Corporate Services; AND THAT Paul Dray Legal Services be retained to review and create new regulatory by-laws, and provide by-law enforcement training and prosecutorial services; AND FURTHER THAT consideration of adding to the compliment, a full time Municipal Law Enforcement Officer position be brought forward during the 2018 budget deliberations.

Kitras. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling located at 590 James Street, former Town of Fergus, Plan 55, Part Park Lot 3.

McElwain. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt a by-law to Restrict the Weight of Vehicles Passing Over Certain Bridges in the Township of Centre Wellington.

Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive for information an update on Ontario Traffic Manual Book 15 - Pedestrian Crossing Treatments in response to a recent delegation to Council by the Safe Communities Wellington Committee.

Mary Lloyd. THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive the 2016 Biennial Bridge Inspection Findings report as information.
