THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorizes the use of internet/telephone voting for the 2018 municipal election; AND THAT the Municipal Clerk be authorized to select vendors and execute any agreements necessary to implement internet/telephone voting.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington state its intention to designate the property municipally known as 24 North Broadway Street, Belwood, in the Township of Centre Wellington, to be of cultural heritage value and/or interest pursuant to Section 29 (Part IV) of the Ontario Heritage Act; and THAT staff be authorized to proceed with the notice requirements outlined in Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and THAT, if no objections are received within the prescribed time period, staff prepare and provide the designation by-law to Council for enactment.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve application RZ01/17 and that the corresponding zoning by-law amendment be given three readings.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the request for Deferral of Development Charges from Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate Ltd. with the Township of Centre Wellington for the development of the property located at 151 Gregson Court, Fergus; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling located at 875 St. David Street North, former Town of Fergus.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling located at 390 Gordon Street, former Town of Fergus.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with the Grand River Conservation Authority to formally recognize the role of the Township of Centre Wellington in the upgrade of the Wilson Flats Access point as a project with Regional Tourism Organization 4 (RT04).

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington award Request for Proposal #01-17 to undertake a Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan to the respondent having achieved the highest score and lowest cost; Monteith Brown Planning Consultants Ltd. of London with an upset limit of $72,458.75 plus the HST.
