VanLeeuwen THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington support the submission to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, which identifies three community representatives as contacts for the Canada 150 activities in Centre Wellington, as outlined in Report CS2017-02 dated January 16, 2017.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the Naming Rights and Sponsorship Policy as outlined in Report CS2017-01 dated January 16, 2017 and the retention of Cornerstone Sponsorship Management for an initial term of 3 years to sell sponsorship and naming rights for assets under the direct control and authority of Centre Page 6 of 10 Committee of the Whole Minutes January 16, 2017 Wellington; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the Community Services – 2017 Facility Operations Schedule as outlined in CS2017-03 dated January 16, 2017.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling at 6984 Gerrie Road, former Township of Nichol, Concession 12, Lot 2, North Part 3.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve application RZ03/14, in part; AND THAT a by-law to amend By-law 2009-045, as amended, to change the zoning of 27 Stumpf Street from R1A to R2 be given three readings.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington add the properties at 101 St. Andrew St. W (former Rafferty Insurance), 227 St. Andrew St. W (former General Store), 380 St. Andrew St. W (former Canadian Tire Store), 675 St. David St. N, 950-960 St. David St. N, and 725 St. Andrew St. W to the list of Priority Sites, as required under Community Improvement Plan Implementation Report, PLN2015-12, dated January 16, 2017; AND THAT Council authorizes the use of Level Two (2) Financial Incentives for these properties as indicated, subject to additional approval by Council on an individual property basis.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington adopt a by-law to Restrict the Weight of Vehicles Passing Over Certain Bridges in the Township of Centre Wellington.
