THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve the December 31, 2015 audited draft consolidated financial statements as presented by KPMG LLP Chartered Professional Accountants.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling at 449B St. Patrick Street East, former Town of Fergus, Plan 55, Part Lot 109.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish the single detached dwelling at 449 St. Patrick Street East, former Town of Fergus, Plan 55, Part Lot 109.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approves the request from Erica Finlayson for an exemption to By-law 5001-05, the Noise By-law for the Township of Centre Wellington, to permit the amplification of music at 88 York Street East, Elora on Saturday, July 16 , 2016 between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.; AND THAT the applicant ensure neighbouring property owners are notified in advance of the event.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington, notwithstanding Section 9 (f) of Procedural By-law 2002-091, accepts the proposal of the Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk dated June 20, 2016, to implement a process involving Community Delegations, on a trial basis; AND FURTHER THAT if Council deems the process successful, the Community Delegation provisions outlined in COR2016-51, dated June 20, 2016 will be incorporated into the new procedural by-law and the new citizen communication tracking system.

THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive report PLN2016-25 dated June 20, 2016 as an update on the Community Improvement Plan and authorize additional funding for 2016 of $60,000 to be funded out of the General Capital Reserve.

THATthe Council of the Township of Centre Wellington receive for information report IS2016-08, dated June 20, 2016 on a proposed Vacuum Truck Unloading Area and Limited Operational Flexibility designation at the Fergus Wastewater Treatment Plant; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Centre Wellington approve a capital budget in the amount of $50,000 to be funded from the Wastewater General Capital Reserve for the construction of the Vacuum Truck Unloading Area.
